Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items back in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and securely seal the box with the new label attached.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
